WELCOME! I've been cycling through the Southeast Valleys of Wales since 2010 and I can't say (or show) enough about the place. I just love it. So if you've got the interest and would like to spend some time... sit back and let me show you some of the fabulous places I've discovered.

Ride w/GPS - Ride Reports

I simply cannot say enough good things about this company. I've been using them for over five years now and it's obvious... I'm committed.

If you've spent any time poking around my blog, you're sure to have come across the Ride w/GPS logo. I plaster the thing everywhere I can to give them credit and show just how much you can do with their site.

However, in the spring of 2017 they took things to an entirely new level when they added; "Ride Reports". I absolutely fell in love with this latest addition which moves them into the "cycling blog" arena. And it's pretty darn cool too.

But I'm not going to review the product here. I'm going to let YOU decide for yourself by showcasing just a few of the outstanding reports from the rollout contest.

To The Mountains

Not much to say about this one... it's great. Short, to the point, and written like a professional. The photography is outstanding. It's well deserving to be the grand prize winner. All of her posts are stunning. I kinda hate her. :p

Cycling in the Hindu Kush

When I first saw this report, it just rocked my world. I had no idea that Afghanistan looked anything like this. The photography is stunning and the overall feel from the report is just so... calm. I really like this one.

The colours in this report just burn my eyes. I cannot get over the richness and diversity. Japan seems so tightly packed and dense. Another rockin' report... another reason to read about other cycling adventures.

Solo Earth Day

Great photography? Check. Pins, stickers, dangling coffee mug? Check. Sketches, chalk art, coffee recipe? Check. Lovely outlook on life and purpose behind traveling by bike? Double-check. Great ride report? Double-check with 5 stars.

Daffodils & Disasters

Okay, so I've plugged myself here, but what did you expect, eh? I love the way Ride w/GPS showcases the photography and repurposes the data into such an attractive layout. It really speaks to the art director in me.

So there ya have it... a quick glimpse into the Ride Reports at Ride with GPS. I hope this inspires you to get out on that fabulous bike of yours, take some pictures, and write your own stories! Do it!

Cheers! ~ cm
